The staff was very kind and very helpful. The location is also great, very close from the Vieux-Port and transport stations.
The television is a bit old and quite small but this does not really matter unless you plan to spend a lot of time in your room watching the telly.
The central location to both the shopping district and to the port is wonderful. The rooms are quirky in decoration but I really felt a home and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all my requests.
The television in my room was extremely small which made watching the tennis final on almost impossible as I couldn't see the ball or the score. Room would be a little small if there were two people staying.
The hotel staff were really good and helpful, they also spoke English. Room was very quiet and immaculately clean.
The room was really small and the rate was too expensive for what you actualy get. Breakfast is not a good value either. You can get almost the same choice in any street cafe for half price.
The service that was provided
The stupid heat control on the shower with no intimation whatsoever
The staff were very helpful. Location was near where I wanted to be.
Small room, but it is Europe in a large city. Not very comfortable bed.
Very comfortable, quiet room, in the centre of Marseilles. Hotel managers exceptionally helpful.Very good value.
Litter in street at hotel entrance.
Location is excellent and the soundproofing worked really well. Aircon worked and the breakfast was above average (freshly squeezed orange juice, luxury!)
A freshening up of the sheets and towels is probably due.
Very friendly staff, small but nicely furnished room, very nice bathroom, everything clean and pleasant
Great location near the Vieux Port!
Very noisy at night, groups of people leaving night clubs and men working on noisy building lots till early morning
It's small hotel, but very comfortable. Location is excellent, very close to the historical centre and shops. Breakfast hasn't big choice, but has fresh juice and fried eggs will be prepared for you. Personal is very kindly and responsive.
Very quiet and clean hotel, the rooms are well isolated and the staff is very nice. Good choice of food and beverage for breakfast.
I find the breakfast quite expensive (9,50 Euro), although the quality is very good.
Only downside was no secure left luggage. Cases were left beside stairs.
Location was excellent - just a few blocks from the Old Port. Staff was really helpful and kind and friendly. The room was small but typical for European standards. Hotel felt very secure.
We liked almost everything - excellent people working there, very friendly and helpful, location is super, very close to sightseeing places and shops. Good breakfast.
Wi-Fi password changes every 12 hours, but we didn't know this at once, so had some difficulties with using internet :) Rather old bathroom equipment and mirrors on the furniture in the room - but it is not essentual in comparison with the pluses :)
Very friendly, welcoming & helpful staff; great location for exploring central Marseille and the Vieux Port, whilst transit to main station (Saint Charles) was pretty quick & easy via metro (2 stops). Good air con, very necessary in August. Good boulangeries nearby, lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. We had a great stay!
